Corporate event questions
How much does a corporate golf day cost?
The Half-Day Corporate package is £450 for 4 hours and the Full-Day is £700 for 8 hours. For a 3-hour after-work social, the Evening Package is £350. Every price includes delivery, setup, an operator, clubs and balls.
How many staff can take part?
A 3 or 4-hour session works best with up to about 20 people, so everyone gets plenty of shots. Over a full day, up to 80 people can rotate through.
Do people need to play golf?
No. Most people at our events have never swung a club. Our operator shows everyone what to do, and the scoring keeps beginners and regular golfers on level terms, so it works as a team building activity for everyone.
Can you set up in our office?
Usually, yes. We need an indoor space of about 5m by 4m with a ceiling of 2.6m or higher, and one standard plug socket. We arrive about an hour before to set up. If you're not sure, send us the address and we'll check.
Can it run during the working day?
Yes. We run daytime and evening events. Tell us the timings you have in mind when you get in touch.
Can we add our company branding?
For corporate events, yes. Tell us what you have in mind when you get in touch.
Are you insured?
Yes. We carry public liability insurance, so your office or venue is covered.
How do the deposit and payment work?
Once we confirm your date, a £100 deposit secures it, paid by bank transfer or a card link we send you. The balance is paid on the day. The deposit is fully refundable if you cancel 14 days or more before the event. The full booking terms are here.
